What is Holistic Nutrition?

Holistic Nutrition encompasses the whole individual, including body, mind and spirit. Healing the body with nutrition and exercise, mind and spirit with one or a combination of meditation, breath work and reading recommendations.

Natural Nutrition uses foods that are natural, alive, and good quality.

Natural foods are unprocessed and unrefined. This includes foods such as legumes and grains.

Alive foods are those foods that contain live enzymes. These include fresh fruits and vegetables.

Good quality foods are grown in nutrient dense soil, free from pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. These foods are usually considered organic.

What you can expect

We become partners in your healing, building an honest and open relationship. Your first appointment with me will be an intake session. This will include filling out an extensive questionnaire. The results of this will give us an idea of where your body needs help with nutrition and how we can help you thrive. This appointment generally takes 60-90 minutes.

Two weeks later we will meet for a follow up appointment where we will discuss the findings from your questionnaire. You will be given an explanation of the findings, along with a three-day meal plan, food journal, handouts, recipes, as well as any meditations, breath work and/or reading recommendations.
